Return and exchange requests are generally subject to the seller's policy on the original platform. Eligibility is ultimately determined by the seller.
To maximize the chance of a successful return or exchange, we recommend submitting your request within 5 days after the item arrives at our warehouse.
When a return is approved, return shipping costs depend on the reason for the request and the seller's policy.
Refunds are processed according to the seller's approval and the original platform rules. Once the seller issues the refund, funds will be returned to your PRVBUY account balance.
