PRVBUY is operated by ZEM International LTD, with registered address at Office 15382 Initial Business Centre, Unit 7 Wilson Business Park, Manchester, England, M40 8WN. References to PRVBUY, we, us or our mean the operator of the PRVBUY service.
PRVBUY provides private buying agent services that may include product link processing, custom sourcing support, purchasing assistance, seller communication, QC inspection, warehouse storage, parcel consolidation and international shipping coordination.
PRVBUY acts as a service provider and purchasing assistant, not as the original seller or manufacturer
Product availability, seller behavior, domestic logistics and platform rules are controlled by third parties
Service availability may vary by product category, destination, payment method and shipping route

Information collection and use
To provide PRVBUY services, we may collect and use account information, contact details, product links, purchase records, payment status, order notes, QC requirements, warehouse records, shipping details and support communications.
Information is used to process purchases, arrange inspection, store items and ship parcels
Information may be used for customer support, after-sales handling, fraud prevention and compliance

User information protection
PRVBUY takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration or disclosure.
Access to user information is limited according to operational need
Payment information is handled through trusted payment providers and security controls
Users are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and notifying PRVBUY of suspected unauthorized access

User rights and obligations
Users must provide accurate order information, choose correct product options, review QC photos and comply with applicable laws, customs rules, platform policies and PRVBUY service requirements.
You are responsible for product link accuracy, SKU selections, shipping address details and import compliance
You must pay applicable product costs, service fees, shipping fees, taxes and other charges when due
You must not misuse PRVBUY services or submit requests that violate law, intellectual property rights or platform policies

Information storage
PRVBUY may store account records, order records, transaction information, QC photos, parcel records, communication history and compliance records for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, legal compliance, accounting, dispute resolution and platform security.
Order and transaction information may be retained after an order is completed
Retention periods may vary depending on legal, tax, accounting and operational requirements
Some records may be preserved where needed to investigate disputes, fraud, abuse or policy violations

Limitation of liability
PRVBUY will use reasonable care in providing its services, but PRVBUY is not responsible for matters outside its reasonable control, including third-party seller actions, marketplace availability, stock changes, customs decisions, carrier delays or destination-country requirements.
Product images, descriptions, colors, sizes and packaging shown online may differ from actual items received
Third-party platforms may change prices, availability, product listings or seller policies without notice
Sellers remain responsible for product quality, authenticity representations and seller-side after-sales matters
Users are responsible for account security, password protection and activity conducted through their account

Prohibited activities
Users may not use PRVBUY for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, infringing or prohibited activities. PRVBUY may refuse service, cancel orders, suspend accounts, withhold funds for review or refuse shipment where risk is identified.
Illegal transactions, fraud, abuse, money laundering or attempts to bypass compliance controls are prohibited
Counterfeit products, pirated goods, unauthorized replicas and intellectual property infringement are prohibited
False information, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, account misuse and harassment of staff are prohibited
Products prohibited by law, carrier rules, customs rules or PRVBUY policies may not be purchased, stored or shipped

Compensation and indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless PRVBUY, its operators, directors, employees, agents, partners and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising from your use of the service or breach of these Terms.
This includes claims related to unlawful products, customs violations, payment disputes or intellectual property infringement
This includes losses caused by inaccurate information, prohibited conduct or misuse of PRVBUY services
PRVBUY may cooperate with platforms, carriers, payment providers, authorities or rights holders where required

Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the LCIA Rules.
The seat of arbitration shall be London
The language of arbitration shall be English unless otherwise agreed
Nothing prevents PRVBUY from seeking urgent injunctive or protective relief where permitted by law
